Priya Shetty is Head - Corporate Advisory Services at IL&FS Financial Services Limited.Priya has over two decades of investment banking experience of advising corporates (domestic and foreign) on their strategic and financing needs. Her expertise lies in M&A advisory, private equity fund raising and public market offerings, for domestic and multinational corporations
Prior to joining IFIN, Priya worked with Kotak Mahindra Capital Company Limited, where she was Executive Director heading Kotak's Advisory and Capital Markets practice in Healthcare and Financial Services Sectors. She has also worked with Lazard India Limited as Associate Director where she was a senior member of Lazard's advisory practice covering Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Consumer and Metals sectors. Priya has completed her Masters in Management Studies from Sydenham Institute of Management, Mumbai University and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Sydenham College, Mumbai University
