Mahesh is a Head - Corporate Advisor with a good blend of industry and investment banking experience. He has originated and executed many investment banking transactions - PE, M&A and Capital Markets - leading cross-country teams. Prior to IFIN, he has worked with Morgan Stanley and Edelweiss leading end to end investment banking coverage and execution for clients in the Infrastructure and Industrials sectors. In the industry part of his career, Mahesh has worked for companies like Shell and PowerGen in business development roles where he has built and executed plans for new business opportunities and closed high value long term commercial contractsIn IFIN, Mahesh heads the PE and M&A advisory business originating and executing mandates from clients across all sectors. Mahesh is a BCom graduate from Madras University and a PGDM (1994) from IIM Ahmedabad
